My first cake
Here is my first creation. Definitely not professional quality, BUT, I think it came out not too bad. I apparently made a boo boo though as I used pure lard in the recipe but was supposed to use vegetable shortening.
Thanks guys. I was going to take it into work with me BUT, because is made with that unhealthy lard, I certainly don't want to eat it and I don't want to pawn it off on others. I might try to make another one in the week(a bit more healthy) maybe take it into work on Friday. Next week we make a round cake with 3D clowns on top :D
